According to Lithuanian legislation (Order No. 271 of the Minister of Economy dated on 29-06-2001 and Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy dated on 17-08-2001) Customer has the right to return purchased goods 14 days after their delivery date.
Due to computer or monitor characteristics and (or) settings the picture of the goods might look different in e-shop compared to the original. Seller is not liable for any decisions made by the Buyer based in such situations.
Replacement and return of the goods is only possible if the goods were not used, are clean, the goods, labels and the package are not damaged.
Any protective casing that was delivered with the order should be returned by Customer as well if he would like to exchange them or get a refund. If it is possible, the original packaging should be used.
If the goods are returned in unsuitable condition, Seller may have to send them back to a Customer.
Customer’s request to return goods or exchange them must be sent by email to email@example.com.
Customer’s refund will be fulfilled in 5 working days after goods were returned to the Seller and the Seller confirmed that the goods are accepted as returned. Delivery fee is not refunded.
Seller does not accept liability for non-received items.
Returning fees are paid by Customer.
